Green Smoothie

1½ cups almond milk
½ cup coconut water
2 leaves kale
¼ avocado
½ cup mango chunks

Blend together until smooth.

Blueberry, Cacao and Almond Milk Smoothie

1 cup blueberries
1½ cups almond or coconut milk
2 teasponns raw cacao or carob powder

Blend together until smooth.

Berry Smoothie with Coconut Milk and Cinnamon

2 cups mixed blueberries and raspberries
2 cups coconut milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend together until smooth.
